Team Phoenix is a full time multi style martial arts academy that has been located in the Ouseburn valley, Newcastle Upon Tyne since 2002. Experienced instructors teach a diverse range of arts, with a focus on personal development. We welcome all levels of fitness and ability levels at Team phoenix. Whatever your fitness level is initially, it will steadily improve as you progress in your training here.
Everyone has different reasons and goals for training, be it fitness, self defence, grading, competition or just increased self-confidence and we will work to the best of our ability to help you achieve your goals.
