About the Business
Taekwon-Do is a version of an ancient form of unarmed combat practised for many centuries in the orient. Taekwon-Do became perfected into its present form in Korea. Taekwon-Do is famous for its spectacular kicking techniques and in my opinion is the best kicking and punching style of the martial arts in the world today. Men, women & children can enjoy all the art, irrespective of their current level of ability & fitness. We are an International Taekwon-Do Federation (ITF) based Taekwon-Do style which encompasses all aspects of Taekwon-Do, whereas the WTF Taekwon-Do style that is seen at the Olympic games only covers the sport kicking side of the art. We also concentrate on the practical self defence and street fighting aspect of training, as we all now live in a modern and sometimes violent world.
