About the Business
Founded in 2003 our classes are open to the complete beginner as well as experienced martial artists male or female. Our training is aimed at producing rounded and effective martial artists capable of reacting to whatever they have to face, from self-defence through to competing in Kickboxing Competitions countrywide.
