School of Kickboxing

School of Kickboxing is a friendly, welcoming, supportive group of martial artists with the same goal: to learn self-defence, to feel safer, fitter and be ready for anything. With an instructor with over 20 years of martial arts experience, and almost 10 years teaching experience, you are bound to learn efficiently and get an awesome workout! She is a 3rd Dan Black Belt herself, as well as a 1st Dan in Shotokan Karate. SoK offers reality-based self-defence, general street smarts and is available to all, regardless of experience, age or level of fitness. Come and achieve your black belt with us!
