About the Business
Reikan are a family friendly club with all lessons open to children, adults and families to train together. Classes are suitable for all levels of fitness. We have found that a good age to start is about 5 years. If your child is younger or around the age of five, we suggest you come down and have a look at what we do to gauge suitability, as we are fully aware that no two children are the same. We welcome visitors to our classes, just say hello to one of the instructors.
All our classes are held at THE NORMAN BOOTH CENTRE Elderfield, Mulberry Green, Old Harlow, Harlow, CM17 0EY.
