Our focus is on realism, how it's going to be in a real situation. Not how it is in the dojo, or a sporting contest, but how it is in real life.
We do not cater for children due to the nature of the classes, however there will be a children's class added at a later date, if there is a demand.
Business Services
Women-Only Classes
These classes are for Women Only (as you might have guessed) aged 16 years and over. All levels of fitness, ability and experience are welcome.
Self-Defence Classes
Our self-defence classes are 1 hour long each, and will cover everything from pre-fight, fight, post-fight, and very importantly, the legality of self-defence.

I have enjoyed the classes I have taken with James at RBUD. He is a very good teacher, and all techniques have been properly tested. A lot of the class goes over how to see a potentially bad situation and avoid it completely. This isn't about proving how hard you, rather than a select skill set to keep you safe. I've told many of my friends about this club.
