About the Business
Sean McGoldrick's Martial Arts Academy as been based in Paisley, Renfrewshire Scotland for over 25 years. Sean is qualified to 5th Dan, black belt. Classes include, kids, adults, women's self-defence and 1 to 1 training and run from Monday to Thursday in one hour blocks between 6.00pm and 8.00pm. We currently run classes from The Watermill Hotel in the centre of Paisley. From 5 yrs upwards, you're never too old to learn a new skill. You will receive a warm welcome whether your interested in meeting other people, after a new hobby or keen to keep fit and build your confidence.
Beginners are more than welcome at all ages and there's often no charge for the first few classes so you can see if it's something you like and want to continue with. We run regular seminars throughout the year targeted at vulnerable groups from teenagers to women. Classes can also be tailored to corporate clients with several employees.
