With over 21 years experience coaching martial arts, kickboxing, karate and fitness in the Ilkeston community our performance coaches & instructors are ready and keen to help you excel in all areas of your life. Experienced in working with people from all walks of life and helping them achieve a variety of goals, owners Jason & Selina Dorn and their team of instructors, coaches and assistants extend a warm and friendly welcome to all new beginners.
