This site will give you information on all our Lau Gar Kuen Kung Fu classes in the Swansea and Neath Valleys, with links to all the other official British Kung Fu Association (BKFA) clubs throughout the UK. Our pages include information on the history of Kung Fu and the development of the style of Lau Gar Kuen. We also have a calender of events occurring within the BKFA, both locally and nationally. These will be updated regularly, so please keep coming back to check for new additions.
