Our Kids Martial Arts classes are designed to impart valuable life skills to ur students from self-defence to self-confidence. The primary focus of our Kids Martial Arts class is to develop fundamental techniques and create a solid foundation to build upon as they grow.
Krav Maga is a self-defence system developed for the military in Israel that consists of a wide variety of techniques. After just a few short Krav Maga classes, you'll be well on your way to mastering the critical moves you need to survive a life-threatening attack.
