Our schools welcome individuals and family members of all ages and abilities. Young or old, male or female, Goodwin Martial Arts can give you discipline, respect, and self-confidence. And it's not just for those who are already super-fit athletes! If you have the strength to move and the desire to learn, then you can benefit from what we can deliver.
We run specialised classes for 4-7 year olds - Little P.U.M.A.'s - as well as Kickboxing and Taekwon-do classes for ages 8 - 80! Whether you are looking to improve your fitness, self-esteem, confidence, self-defence, or simply want to have fun, we are the school for you!
