About the Business
We practise traditional Okinawan Goju Ryu, which focuses on effective close-quarters fighting. We enjoy tournaments, but believe that the true heart of karate is self defence. Our instructors include Police Officers who have used their skills on the streets many times. We run separate classes for children, so we can focus the training on their specific needs.
With their Karate they also learn self discipline, confidence, self respect and respect for others. Come and join us at our new Beginners training classes, where the class will be geared toward teaching the basic skills of Karate in a fun and relaxed environment.
