Based at the NRG Gym Watford Town Centre, Team Crossface offers a range of classes suited to all, from beginner to professional. We prepare people for all types of achievement; from our athletes competing at high level in the cage, ring or on the mats to individuals smashing their own goals with a more active lifestyle - Crossface makes champions.
