About the Business
Matt Rudman is the head instructor at Cheltenham Martial Arts. Our facility is located in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire on Albion Street (opposite the back of Debenhams). We have years of training in martial arts, with a special emphasis in working with children and families. We are black belt martial artists who stand tall and live strong. That's what sets us - our students - apart from the crowd. At our academy we teach the 6 qualities of a Champion which are; Focus, Accuracy, Speed, Power, Intensity and Excellence.
Fitness, self defence and personal development are the three components that make our school a success. It is not just me here though, I have a GREAT team, they will build your confidence and belief that you can succeed in any of our programmes, and of course, have fun along the way.
