Aquila Taekwondo

A welcoming class teaching the traditional Korean martial art of Taekwondo, perfectly located between Brockley and Ladywell.

The classes are suitable for complete beginners of martial arts and experienced practitioners alike.

The first lesson is free to try for new members. There’s no need to book, simply pop along to one of our classes.

Besides teaching both the Traditional and Olympic-style aspects of Taekwondo, We help our students develop a variety of skills, both physical - such as coordination, balance, core strength, self-defence - and interpersonal skills, like respect, perseverance and self-control. Perfect for improving fitness while having fun!
