About the Business
Alan's skills, knowledge and experience has been gained through studying Muay Thai boxing at the Sitnarong Camp led by Master Sken between 1991 - 1999 and also through the Shukokai Karate Union between 2000 - 2008. Alan Burnley is a 1st dan Black belt in Karate but continues to train and develop his Thai boxing skills so that he can train and instruct students of the club to his utmost capability.
Students attending training sessions are able to partake in Thai boxing at differing levels. For example, for training purposes alone, to engage in the grading syllabus, to partake in competition training. Each student undertaking grading will have the opportunity to achieve recognised qualifications as the training school is affiliated to the 'Cobra Martial Arts Association' and The United Kingdom Muay Thai Federation.
Students are encouraged through training to develop self discipline, confidence and demonstrate respect towards others.
